Delivery and Shipping terms.


On the product page for each item you will see when the item will be dispatched, eg: Dispatched in 1-2 days. Dispatch is the date that the item(s) will leave our warehouse. All in-stock items will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days. For custom orders and products ‘on order’ please allow up to 16 weeks for your item to be dispatched from our warehouse.

Delivery Service

 Melbourne Metro - Eco Life Furniture Delivery Team

At EFW's, we use our in-house delivery team for all deliveries to the wider Melbourne metro areas.

For our EFW deliveries, we will always call, text or email you by 6pm the day prior to your arranged delivery date to confirm your allocated 3-hour delivery timeslot. All orders require a signature on delivery, unless we are instructed otherwise (i.e. to leave your order at your door) prior to delivery. We will always try to deliver at a time to best suit our customers. We know you are busy during the week, so we are happy to deliver on Saturdays and Sunday as well as during the week, Monday-Friday. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange the best time for your delivery

Out of Metro Deliveries and all other states

For all deliveries outside the Melbourne metro zone we utilise the help of our partner couriers to delivery your products safely to your door. Please note that interstate deliveries are delivered door to door only, not into your property. For our partner courier deliveries, information about your dispatch will be emailed to you when your item leaves our warehouse, including your tracking number. Our courier company will then also contact you by text or email prior to delivery to advise you of your delivery date. All orders require a signature on delivery, unless we are instructed otherwise (i.e. to leave your order at your door) prior to delivery.

Delivery Time



If you live in Melbourne metro all in-stock items will be delivered to you on day of dispatch. In cases where your item is not in stock we will call you are email immedaitely for a resolution.

Out of Metro Deliveries and all other states

Delivery timeframes will vary based on where you are located. Below is an approximate delivery time.

Delivery Delays

If there are any delays or other problems at all with your order we'll get in touch with you as soon as possible. Due to current conditions, the dispatch date on the item(s) product page may change. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Warehouse Pick Up

Please note that collections from our Melbourne Warehouse ( 2/ 103 Fitzgerald road, Laverton North) are possible by prior arrangement only and that a minimum 12 hours notice is required. Find out more about contact info and opening hours

Rescheduling Delivery

If your confirmed delivery date no longer suits you, just contact our Customer Service team by submitting a request or your showroom Sales Consultant to let us know, and we'll arrange an alternative delivery date. Please note changes need to be made at least two (2) days before your original delivery date.
